Springbok Butchery (Abu Dhabi) and Wagonwheel Butchery (Al Ain) is a small family based business, started in the UAE, for South Africans, by South Africans. At our Butcheries we pride ourselves in quality and taste.

At both locations you will find authentic South African delicacies such as BILTONG, DROËWORS, and CHILI-BITES. At the top of the shopping list of every South African is of course Boerewors, which you could serve to your Muslim friends with confidence. Camel Biltong is one of our new innovations, which has really taken root, and is proving very popular. Definitely a South African favourite is a lamb on the spit.
